Advantages:

Очень красивая и уютная гостиница, минусов конечно нет, так как она совсем новая, поэтому и не передраться. Больше всего удивился, что есть лифт, обычно их нет. Лично за себя скажу, гостиница достойная, а так, дело вкуса.
