В основной комнате 2х-спальная кровать, телевизор с плоским экраном, кондиционер, балкон с видом на море. Во второй комнате две односпальные кровати, телевизор, кондиционер. Санузел и душ раздельные, расположены рядом и только для этого номера "4",
На 4-м этаже для туристов имеется отличная, современная общая большая кухня с газовой плитой, три обеденных стола, посуда, 2 холодильника, чайник, св-печь, стиральная машинка, общий балкон с видом на бескрайнее чёрное море. Во дворе дома для номеров "1" - "5" имеются мангал, дрова, места для вечернего отдыха и дегустации местных домашних вин, чача. С задней части дома (противоположная морю) имеется отдельный вход на 4-й этаж и с этой стороны 2-й верхней улицы (Сочинское шоссе) он видится как 1-й этаж дома.
Для желающих семей туристов дома "К+" мы проводим авто-экскурсии на 2-7 человек, на 5-ти местном или 8-ми местном авто с фотографированием и видеосъёмкой!
