Advantages:

Нам всё понравилось, даже остались дольше, чем планировали. До моря далеко, но это прекрасно видно на карте при бронировании. На море ездили на машине около 10 минут. Зато рядом прекрасная река, в которой очень приятно искупаться или просто посидеть на берегу. Новая набережная. Рядом большой магазин Пятёрочка, очень приличная Донская кулинария, а также автобусная остановка.
