Advantages:

Квартира в центре. Дом буквально рядом с ж/д вокзалом, что очень удобно, не нужно вызывать такси. При этом двор тихий. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Замечательная хозяйка, встретила вовремя, все рассказала, была на связи.
