Сдаю комплекс из двух домиков, в пос. Лазаревское, размещением до 7 человек. В них есть все для комфортного проживания.
Мебель вся новая, интерьер в стиле прованс. Из окон домиков и двора открывается шикарный вид на море.
Во дворе расположена зона отдыха под навесом, в которой находится мягкая мебель из натурального ротанга, подвесное кресло- кокон, у бассейна установлены шезлонги. Также во дворе имеется мангал для приготовления шашлыка.
Спуск к морю по ступенькам - 70 метров и переход через федеральную трассу, занимает 10 минут спокойным шагом. Расстояние до моря по карте 300 метров. Вы проходите мимо магазинов, столовых и кафе. Пляж в основном галечный, широкий, немноголюдный. До центра поселка и аквапарка наутилус 2 остановки на маршрутке или 15 минут пешком.
Украшением этого объекта является бассейн с панорамным видом на пляж и море!
Магазины, аптека, столовая, кафе, шашлычная 100 метров.
