Квартира двухкомнатная в центре Лазаревского, по ул. Победы, 124Б. Всего 5–7 минут ходьбы до моря (что видно по карте)!

Для вас две комнаты на шесть мест. Освещение передалось немного неверно, так как фотографировала в солнечный день на телефон! На самом деле она светлая и просторная!

В квартире есть всё: плита 4-конфорочная, микроволновка, телевизоры в каждой комнате, стиральная машина новая, кондиционеры, Wi-Fi, лоджии в каждой комнате. На лоджии диван, туалетный столик, на другой лоджии кровать и шкаф, можно сказать, снимаете двухкомнатную квартиру, а бонусом еще две комнаты. Ремонт свежий.

Рядом ТРЦ «Бирюза», столовые, дельфинарий, океанариум, аквапарк, «Вкусно — и точка», «Бургер Кинг», платные стоянки, аптеки, поликлиника, автобусная остановка. Вся инфраструктура в шаговой доступности. А также в 30 минутах ходьбы живописное место — Свирское ущелье, с водопадами, дольменами.
