Номер светлый и уютный, со всеми удобствами.

В номере: кровать двуспальная, кровать односпальная, кресло-кровать, шкаф, телевизор, комод, столик, стулья/табуретки, ванна, с/у, кондиционер, интернет и т. д.
Улица тихая, двор уютный.
На кухне имеется всё необходимое.
На территории находится отдельно стоящий дом на 2 номера с отдельными входами, и один номер с отдельным входом находится в основном доме.
Год постройки 2025. В номерах всё новое.

Рядом находятся: аквапарк «Наутилус», гипермаркет «Магнит», столовые, рестораны, аптека, кинотеатр, центр национальных культур, парк культуры и отдыха, что делает проживание очень комфортным, имея шаговую доступность в любую точку поселка.
Дорога до моря 10 мин. пешком, без спусков и подъемов.
Речка находится в 5 минутах ходьбы.
Ближайшие пляжи: «Багратион» и «Калипсо».
Пройдя немного дальше, можно оказаться на менее людных пляжах, таких как: «Одиссея» и «Касабланка».

Номера рассчитаны на количество до 4 человек.
Можно приезжать большой семьей и бронировать полностью дом.

Расчетное время: заезд в 14 ч., выезд в 12 ч.
