Не большая однокомнатная квартира, дизайнерский ремонт, в новом ЖК Семейный. Есть абсолютно всё. Духовка микроволновка, плита, утюг, быстрый вай фай, постельное, полотенца т.д. Вместимость до 4 чел.

На территории 9 детских площадок, теннисный корт футбольное поле, баскетбол, спортивные площадки для детей и взрослых. Парковка, видеонаблюдение. Рядом кафе, магазины, рынок, река, остановка. Все развлечения в шаговой доступности. Центральная улица, без горок.

До моря 15-20 мин. пешком по прямой. Выходите сразу в Парк и на пляж. До набережной реки 10 мин. Можно жарить шашлык прям на берегу.
