Advantages:

Очень близко до пляжа. Рядом парк и куча кафешек и столовых.

Disadvantages:

Т. К. Находится прямо на пляже, молодежь тусит до утра под окнами. Очень шумно, спать невозможно. Пульта от кондиционера нет, приходится включать/выключать вручную. Под кроватями куча пыли и вещи от предыдущих гостей. Слышимость просто чумовая!
