Advantages:

Расположение отличное, всё в шаговой доступности, достаточно тихо. Возникли финансовые вопросы в процессе заселения, после двух часов диалога между нами, хозяином жилья и службой поддержки вопрос был урегулирован.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов: не очень чисто в зоне кухни и напряженка со столовыми приборами.
