Advantages:

До моря 5 минут ходьбы. Можно прямо в купальном костюме выходить. Если брать с завтраком, то после завтрака надо пойти в номер и полежать. За 300 рублей можно назавтракаться так, что на море сразу лучше не идти.

Disadvantages:

Первый этаж... Влажность... В санузла вентиляция не работает, от слова "совсем". Надо-бы хозяевам поставить в в санузла вентилятор канальный там. Стоит не дорого, а эффект будет.
