Всё в шаговой доступности: магазины, рынок курортных товаров, городской центральный парк, скверы, аквапарк, ж/д вокзал, центральная набережная. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания: в каждой комнате кондиционер, два телевизора с подключённым интернетом. Спальные места: в спальной комнате 2-х спальная кровать, во второй спальне - большой раскладной диван и односпальная кровать. В гостиной - большой раскладной диван и кресло-кровать. Для проживания семье или компании из 4-х- 6-х - 8 человек. Вся квартира после хорошего или евроремонта, шумоизоляция шикарная, с комнаты в комнату не слышно.
