Advantages:

Расположение, море очень близко. С открытого балкона и лоджии открывается шикарный вид на горы и город, из окна комнаты просматривается море и река. Здание современное, есть кухня, хорошая отделка, в комнате очень хорошая звукоизоляция, на территории есть бассейн, детская площадка, стоянка авто. Из небольших минусов: рядом с комплексом, по соседству расположена неухоженная территория, но этого даже не замечаешь когда смотришь с балкона на горы, на кровати чрезмерно мягкий матрас (кому-то это нравиться).
