Advantages:

Две абсолютно раздельных комнаты, для каждой свой санузел и кондиционер. Классный вид на Лазаревское и море с терассы и со двора. Очень приятная, приветливая хозяйка. Чистый лесной воздух, тишина. Есть место для авто.

Disadvantages:

Все-таки высоковато для передвижения пешком, но мы были на машине и нам было ок.
