Advantages:

Достаточно чисто, высоковато конечно подниматься, но есть и ещё выше)) цена/качество приемлемы. Есть Столовая, вкусно и доступно, шведский стол. Есть бассейн, парковка(что большая редкость для Лазаревского). Тихий район. До моря минут 10

Disadvantages:

Были небольшие пятна на спальном белье и старенький санузел. Особенно поддон для душа просит заменить его))
