Advantages:

Гостеприимные хозяева, везде порядок и чистота, есть парковка для машины, во дворе под навесом стоят столики...

Disadvantages:

Основной недостаток так это расположение, к морю идти не долго(5-7минут), но обратный поход в гору по ступенькам, за пару дней находишся будь здоров.
