До моря 10 минут свободным шагом. 780 метров. Оборудованный галечный пляж «Чайка». А тем кто любит бодрящую водичку)) рядом протекает река Псезуапсе, которая поражает своей прозрачностью и чистотой!
Рядом аквапарк «Наутилус», гипермаркет «Магнит», «Пятёрочка».
До центра посёлка 20 минут (пешком). Инфраструктура развита: кафе, столовые, рестораны, киоски, экскурсионные фирмы и тд
